        Translated user stories and business requirements into technical requirements for the design and integration of a new offering that required additional configuration on the Application and Network servers, as well as new local policies on SBC (Session Boarder Controllers), and enterprise facing ENUM.

        Collaborated with various teams throughout the SDLC process to ensure that any changes were captured in the detail design document and the project lifecycle adjusted accordingly.

        Reviewed Statement of Work (SOW) from vendors to ensure scope aligns with strategic business objectives, engineering proposals and project documentation. Responsibilities also included partnering with stakeholders and legal team to validate system/network availability, uptime and redundancies align with SLA and are verifiable and measurable.

        Identified and negotiated schedules, milestones and resource requirements to meet project objectives through coordinating activities with stakeholders and vendors, and applying respective project management tools and techniques to manage project scope, quality, schedule and risks.

        Designed and engineered Voice-Over-IP (VoIP) networks, including the deployment of adjunct network elements and services such as PSTN circuits (DS1, DS3, OC3), SS7/C7/SIGTRAN routes, cross-connects, 911, and entrance facilities to connect Datum’s network to local and long-haul carriers.

        Developed standards, templates for data, voice, media, special dial plans and PBX offering for enterprise customers.

        Contributed and lead drafting of RFP, selection of vendors, and Statement of Work (SOW) reviews.
